Yummy food, made exactly to your specifications while you watch. Friendly staff. Bought brisket salads, one for me and several for coworkers. They loved it, too. Parking is enclosed and sometimes too crowded due to multiple retail establishments and a residential apartment complex sharing the lot. The salads are delicious enough to warrant the sometimes difficult parking.

Fave fast food. Excellent healthy options.

Do you want a burrito that you can club a seal with? You've come to the right place. Their food is good, the dining area is alright, and... that's about it. Their chips are bland though, avoid them.

Ordered pickup and sat there while staff joked around. I finally left. Wont go back

Very conservative place for putting meat. I paid $10.10 after tax for a chicken bowl but I barely had any chicken. So disappointed to burn my money. I will never go there it was my first and last time.

Worked here. Wasn't a very good experience. Not friendly to highschool students and always inconvenient rushes of islanders

Went in to order my food and the girl who took the first part of my order was pleasant but the one that did the second part....could adjust the additude a bit. She threw my burrito together poorly, got queso all over the inside and outside of the burrito wrapper and then took my payment (normally) but went on to the next customer and then realized she didn't bag my food. So she opened the bag threw in the burrito and tossed it on the counter which opened it up inside the bag. If it wasn't for the fact I enjoy the food at Qdoba it would be a 1 star. Not going back to this one.

I feel like it had been over a year since I visited a Qdoba, and it really seems like they upped their game! You can almost always get cilantro at other places upon request, but I appreciate how here they have it on the line, along with purple onions that I always ask for extra.Really clean location and friendly staff. They also have one of those Coke Remix machines.

Pretty standard Qdoba, service is slower than most. Always give you a ton of chips though, nice staff

I bumped up my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars because this Qdoba is has excellent excellent staff and they seem well trained. Staff were knowledgeable, the food was great, and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommend this over Chipotle which is way overrated and so inconsistent.

The food is great but the lady shrieked at me for not wearing a mask the second I walked in the door. Like full blown panic that I didn't have a mask on which makes no sense because you can sit down in the restaurant and eat, and get this, WITHOUT a mask. Stay away from this place until the hysteria blows over

We had a family group of 12 and were ordering. Two of our kids needed to use the bathroom but they refused to give us access to the restroom until we had payed. Beyond horrible customer service.

No Chipotle on the island so this will do

Doors locked at 8:55, they close at 9. I've worked food service and understand the desire to start the close process asap, but to lock early is bs.

I love the food and atmosphere. I love this community so it adds to the great flavor of the food.

Always fresh when I come, delicious guacamole they make by hand! Great management staff, always friendly when customers come in.

I agree with other people saying the workers that worked before were far better than the ones are working today...a specially a woman who's name "Leah" she is awful and nasty...she has absolutely NO customer service skills...her attitude is always very bad, everytime we ate there...She always argue with customers loud in front of everyone!!! Today I swear to my family we won't go there EVER AGAIN !! if she is working there. Also, please make sure you do check your receipt everytime after you pay. They did charge me extra money for something was not on my order !!

Food is good, personal very rude! We were with mask and the guy serving us can hear our order very well, we try to get closer to repeat many times and the cashier was so rude to tell us to back off!! Very disappoint

I literally eat here once a week! Wheat burrito with brown rice, black beans, chicken, hot sauce, cheese, corn, crunchy chips, and guacamole. Yum yum! I avoid the queso sauce because it is empty filler calories.

For fast food, I find Qdoba to be one of the best choices. Pretty much everything is made to order so you can put together a reasonably healthy and tasty meal.

Food and service suck I have been in other Qdoba's and this is one of the worst one the rice is spoiled in the chicken is 2 and the pork the tables were dirty the only thing clean with a bathroom

I enjoy Qdoba every time a dine there. There meals are akways fresh and they make your food right in front of you. The quality is great and the price is fair.

The food here is just about what you'd expect from any other Qdoba. If you've never eaten at a Qdoba before, it's quality is somewhere below Chipotle and above Taco del Mar. 🙂

It's a good place to eat when you don't have any food at home and don't have plans. Not many people there but the food it good.

I have been here several times and it is a good place to get lunch if you are in the area. There is limited parking so be mindful of that. All the staff have always been friendly and the restaurant is always clean and well kept with stocked napkin dispensers and hot sauce bottles. I will continue to get lunch here when I am in the area.

I'm definitely not a fast food person, but I like Qdoba and it serves a purpose for me, especially when I need to grab lunch in an area that doesn't have a lot of good independent restaurants. I like Qdoba because there are a wide variety of options (including tons of vegetarian choices) that you get to choose as you move down the line, so you end up with a very fresh tasting and healthy bowl, burrito, or salad. I most often get a bowl with cilantro rice, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, pico de gallo, corn, and habanero salsa, and guacamole. But there are many choices in each of those categories so you can mix it up and not get bored. The stores are very consistent. I've eaten in dozens of them and the food is always prepared the same, the stores are always clean, the employees are well trained, nice, and efficient.

I love having Qdoba as an option for quick and cheap Mexican food. Even though Qdoba is a well known chain, it never fails to impress me and my family over and over. I would recommend Qdoba to any and all that are in downtown Mercer Island.
